Palazzina Majani (Bologna)
Built in 1908 in a style Liberty by Auguste Sezanne, it used to be the coffeehouse and chocolate shop Majani. The interiors were modified thirty years later by M. Bega. There are beautiful floral decorations and wrought-iron balconies. In Italian.

Sala Borsa (Bologna)
Located at the entrance of the City Hall, this was first a botanic garden at the XVIth century and was then rehabilitated. In 1883-86, the place was changed into the Sala Borsa with a great cast-iron and glass hall. It is now a library. In Italian.

The House of Owls is outstanding in its originality. It was planned in 1839 by the architect Giuseppe Jappelli as a Swiss Cabin ; in the early twentieth century, it was transformed into an eclectic "cottage", the residence of Prince Torlonia. In Italian.
