Salamanca, 1900 is the first monographic exhibition on the city in the Casa Lis Museum The exhibition is an extension of the Cinémathèque de Castilla y León and the Museum of Automotive History of Salamanca
A sculpture that Lis family had in the early twentieth century returns home for this exhibition.
The Art Nouveau and Art Deco Museum hosts the exhibition 'Salamanca, 1900 from today until March 29, 2015. The exhibition, which showcases more than 80 pieces, offers visitors a journey time through photographs of the city early from the Film Archive of Castilla y León and the Gonzalez family Huebra twentieth century. They can admire five reproductions of colored Venancio autochrome Gombau never exposed before. To this telegraph the González family Huebra add several costumes and jewelry collection Ethnographic Museum of Castilla y León, toys, lamps, audiovisual and a sculpture that Lis family had at home early XX century by temporarily ceded by Villar and Macías Public School. The exhibition, the first devoted solely to Salamanca in the Art Nouveau and Art Deco Museum is complemented with the exhibition of twenty other photographs in the Film Library of Castile and León and several vintage cars at the Museum of Motoring Salamanca.
