The core action of the Réseau Art Nouveau Network is a multimedia presentation entitled “Art Nouveau & Society”. Designed to be a permanent tool for our partners, it shows the cultural and social history of Art Nouveau and the times in which it developed. In a departure from the Network’s earlier exhibition (Art Nouveau in Progress), this contextual production emphasizes the wider relevance of the pan-European phenomenon that was Art Nouveau, thereby linking the past with the future.

Serge Brison con l’aiuto dei partner, ha documentato il patrimonio Art Nouveau di nove delle città partecipanti alla Rete, Il progetto ha lo scopo di produrre un Ritratto inedito dell’ Art Nouveau e illustra l’impegno della Rete ad esplorare aspetti meno conosciuti del movimento. Le immagini ritraggono inoltre lo stato attuale del patrimonio Art Nouveau. Lo studio dell’ Art Nouveau europea condotto da Brison ha prodotto una serie di immagini che riflettono una visione unica del soggetto. La mostra, circolata nelle città partner, presenta una scelta di 50 fotografie selezionate fra 3000 negativi.
