PURPOSE OF THIS CALL :
The RANN is now opening a call for expressions of interest among its members to identify those institutions wishing to take part in this new project proposal.
The information gathered through this form will help define the composition of the consortium, the thematic balance, and the feasibility of the activities to be included in the application.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION :
• Each partner must submit a realistic and feasible proposal of activity(ies) for participation, aligned with the project's overarching objectives (see above) and with the objectives of its organisation/institution.
• The proposal must be accompanied by a realistic budgetary estimation, directly linked to the proposed activity(ies) and proportional to their scope and expected results. This estimation is not an official budget and does not require formal approval from the partner’s board or institution; its purpose is solely to assess feasibility within the framework of the project.
• The RANN’s coordination represents the collective participation of all members, ensuring the visibility and inclusion of institutions not directly involved in the consortium.
• The consortium will include a maximum of 15 partners.
• To ensure efficient management and coordination, the following allocations must be foreseen for RANN:
• 15-partner consortium: €250,000 allocated to coordination
• 12-partner consortium: €225,000 allocated to coordination
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS :
Interested members are kindly invited to complete and send this form together with their proposed activity(ies) and budget merged into a single PDF document and submitted by
15th February 2026.
Incomplete submissions or separate files will not be considered.
Your contribution will help shape the next edition of Art Nouveau as a New EUtopia and strengthen RANN’s collective role in promoting Art Nouveau as a shared European heritage for the future.
